TECMARQUES equipment fully complies with the standards established in Annex XII of NR 12. Below are the items met by the EQUIPMENT.

Anchorage for parachute-type safety harness;

Lower and upper controls for winch operation and pressure valve for load limitation on aerial baskets equipped with winch and “JIB” for material lifting, if this accessory is requested. Safety locking device to prevent inadvertent actuation of the upper controls; Upper controls on the bucket side, easily accessible to the operator;

Easily accessible lower controls provided with means to override the upper control of the bucket movement; Emergency stop device on the upper and lower controls that work in both cases;

Check valves on the hydraulic cylinders of the stabilizing shoes and check and holding valves on the hydraulic cylinders of the movable arm to prevent undesirable movements in case of pressure loss in the hydraulic system;

Stabilizing system, with tilt indicator installed in a location that allows viewing during stabilizer operation, to show whether the equipment is positioned within the tilt limits;

Stabilizer controls protected against inadvertent use, which return to the neutral position when released by the operator, located at the base of the mobile unit, so that the operator can see the stabilizers moving; Selector valve, near the stabilizer control, which in one position blocks the actuation of the stabilizers and in the other position the movement commands the bucket(s);

Emergency operation function that allows rotation of the arms and tower in case of hydraulic hose rupture;

Grounding point.

Garantia de peças sujeitas a desgaste normal ou defeitos causados pelo uso incorreto do equipamento. A garantia não será extinta se as recomendações contidas nos manuais de garantia, operação e manutenção do equipamento não forem cumpridas.

Para os equipamentos montados em nossa fábrica será ministrado um curso de operação sem nenhum custo para sua empresa, onde serão transmitidas todas as orientações necessárias para a utilização do equipamento com segurança.
